Editor Smoke Test Cell contains every item in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. It can only be accessed via the console on the PC, and typing in coc QASmoke. There are some items that do not have any effects, for example Mage Robes will not have any bonuses to magicka.
Note: Crashes can occur when opening/taking items from Dwemer dressers that contain large amounts of items.
