Quartermaster Lineem is an Argonian quartermaster for the Ebonheart Pact residing in the Bal Foyen Dockyards in Bal Foyen.

If By Sea[]
Quartermaster Lineem, as requested by the Vestige, aids the Pact's efforts to defend Bal Foyen from the Daggerfall Covenant's invasion by allowing them access to the kindlepitch stock. Lineem leads them out to the signal fires used by the Daggers in their offensive from the sea, and then departs. Lineem may be encountered once more if the Vestige chooses to battle in the dockyards instead of in the fort.
