Refugee is a generic character in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim that may be found at the unmarked location The Mauled Refugees northwest of Helgen, or unmarked location The Dead Refugees on the path east of Mount Anthor.
They often have clothes, boots, and an iron dagger. Very rarely do refugees have names in Skyrim.

- Two characters can only be seen at The Mauled Refugees once the quest "Dragon Rising" is completed.
