Regner is a Nord commoner found in Bruma. He lives with his wife Edla Dark-Heart.

While his wife spends her time training or going around town talking with people, Regner will instead sit on a chair in front of his house complaining about Bruma and its people. He only came to Bruma because his wife was forced to leave Skyrim.
His wife explains that she doesn't really care where she lives and that while Regner says he hates Bruma, he seems to hate everything.
