Reich Parkeep, referred to as Soluthis in the Morrowind Concept Map,[1] is a village in the province of Morrowind. It is one of several possible locations that the Eternal Champion may discover in The Elder Scrolls: Arena. It is mainly ruled by a Council of Elders, who administrate the village and make many of its important decisions, and the lord of the village, Lord Helkan.[2]

Reich Parkeep is connected to two settlements. To the north is Cormar View and to the south is Silgrad Tower.
Background[]
In Reich Parkeep, a festival of sorcery of sorts (mainly necromancy) is celebrated every 3rd of Hearthfire. It is considered a very divisive festival, with most citizens staying out of the streets for fear of the dead walking. The Sorcerer's Guild, however, embraces it.
All magical items, spells, and weapons are sold half off during this festival.
