Rissing is a Nord bandit. He is one of the Hunters of Hircine sent to kill Sinding. He can be found inside Bloated Man's Grotto.

He is ordered to kill Sinding by Hircine. He is next to Tsrasuna in the first part of the grotto the hunters are camped in. They will be either friendly or hostile, depending on whether Sinding was chosen to be sent to Hircine's Hunting Grounds or not.
