The Rose of Sithis is a unique arrow given to the Hero of Kvatch during the Dark Brotherhood quest "Permanent Retirement."
With this arrow it is possible to kill Adamus Phillida with one shot, as long as he has no armor on. It has no other purpose and if recovered from the body can be used as a normal arrow, and can be duplicated using the arrow and bow method or the scroll method.
While the arrow and its quiver are nearly identical to the Ebony arrows, its red fletching is unusually large for any arrow, making it much easier to spot any roses that missed their target than any other arrow.
