Rot Scale is a plant that can be found in dungeons and caves, specifically, it is found in the root tunnels of both Mania and Dementia. It is rather uncommon, and does not give off light like other root tunnel plants. Night-Eye or Light spells are useful in finding it. It is consumed by residents of the isles as a staple foodstuff.
