The Savior's Hide is a unique cuirass awarded to the Hero after completing the "Hircine" quest.
If this is the artifact given to Martin during the main quest as one of the required objects to open Paradise, he will comment: "There is no disguising the bestial nature of some of the Daedric Princes."
This makes it sound as if the armor was created by some inhumanly cruel process such as flaying the "Savior" alive.
Usage[]
Whilst the cuirass grants the wearer a high Light Armor boost, its powerful Resist Magic enchantment makes it one of the most useful all-round Daedric Artifacts, and indeed items, in the game; especially when combined with other items such as the Mundane Ring (50% Resist Magic) and/or abilities such as a Breton's natural magic resistance.
