Grand Pharos Lighthouse is the lighthouse in Seyda Neen. It is home to Thavere Vedrano. This building is used to lure ships to the port to welcome new travelers to Morrowind. The lighthouse has a set of stairs, random containers, and the actual lighthouse itself.
