The Shrouded Cowl Maskless is a variant of the Shrouded Cowl in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

Acquisition

• In the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary after completing the quest "With Friends Like These...."
• During the quest "Destroy the Dark Brotherhood!," and is on the bodies of the dead assassins.

Smithing

Unlike the masked Shrouded Cowl, the Shrouded Cowl Maskless cannot be improved at a workbench.

Enchanting

Wearing this piece of armor grants the following skill bonuses:

• Fortify Archery: 20 points

Trivia

• Unlike the other Shrouded Armor pieces, this piece cannot be improved at a workbench.
• Even though the item has no mask, its picture in the inventory does have a mask.
• For males, regardless of race, both the normal and Maskless shrouded cowl will not have a mask, effectively rendering this piece of armor obsolete for males.
