Sincano is an Altmer armsmaster found in Silumm, an Ayleid ruin found on the western coast of Glenumbra in High Rock.
As a member of Aldmeri Dominion military, he is a part of their expanse into territory of Daggerfall Covenant. Sincano is referred to as the Dominion's best armsmaster.[1]
