Soldier Garion is a Bosmer in The Elder Scrolls Online and a member of the Aldmeri Dominion found east of Southpoint. She points travelers towards the town in order to seek help in resolving the situation taking place there.

The Vestige must investigate why the citizens of Southpoint are killing each other. Soldier Garion is the one to inform the Vestige of the problems occurring in the town and while she says that the town is off-limits, she suggests that the Vestige visit Captain Elonthor anyway in order to help him evacuate the survivors.
