Stela is a Dark Seducer serving as a lieutenant under Grakedrig Ulfri during the conflict with the Golden Saints over Cylarne. When the Hero arrives to Cylarne in the Fourth Era, tasked by Sheogorath with re-lighting the Flame of Agnon, they seek an audience with Ulfri to discuss the issue.

The Cold Flame of Agnon[]
In Cylarne, the Hero is greeted rather challengingly by Stela, who relents after learning that the Hero is an emissary of Sheogorath. Stela's fate in the last Battle of Cylarne is unknown.

- I need to speak with Ulfri. (If spoken to Vika at first) "Ah! You are just in time. Go quickly. The Aureals may attack at any moment."
- I am here on Sheogorath's business. "Then I am at your service. The Grakedrig Ulfri commands here. You will wish to speak to her at once, no doubt."
- This key grants me passage. "Very well... I shall be your guide to Cylarne, then. Proceed."
- Altar of Despair "We hold the Altar of Despair, here within the Shrine of the Flame of Agnon. Continue down the corridor if you wish to meditate there upon the fate of all things mortal."
After the victory:
"Your name will be hailed whenever we toast this day's victory in our halls at Pinnacle Rock."
