Voruse Bethrimo is a deceased Dunmer adept of the Tribunal Temple and member of the Buoyant Armigers. His remains can be found in a circular area occupied by Dagoth Irvyn at the inner tower of Dagoth Ur's facility in the Red Mountain region.
