The Dead Refugees is an unmarked location found in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
Description[]
On the road to Mount Anthor from Whistling Mine, in Winterhold, one will find the wreckage of a carriage destroyed by an avalanche, and three dead refugees. Amongst the debris is a leveled potion, coin purse, Apothecary's Satchel, leveled battleaxe, and a Skill Book. There are two iron ore veins east and west of the location.
