Walkthrough[]

Upon completing "To Rawl'kha," Hadam-do will tell you that the Lunar Champions are already here and are ready to start the ceremony. Queen Ayrenn, the Silvenar and the former Mane are also here.

Head into the temple. You can speak with all the important figures from around the Dominion here. Once you are done speaking with them, speak with Kauzanabi-jo. She will tell you what is going to happen: the champions will drink a Moon Sugar Elixir and meet a figure from their past who will help erase any doubts about becoming the next Mane. Your role as Moon Hallowed is to guide them through this journey. After you are done talking to her, the champions will drink their elixir. The third cup is for you; drink it, then talk to either Shazah or Khali.

After speaking with Shazah, follow her through the door behind her. There, you will have to fight your way through visions of Knahaten Flu victims. Head through the door on the other side of the room, and you will get to witness Shazah's encounter with her guide: her father Ubraz. Ubraz will tell Shazah to learn from her sister, and to pray at the lunar shrines here in this room; guide her to the shrines and pray at them. All three will give you a vision of Ubraz dealing with the Knahaten Flu and succumbing to it. Talk to Shazah afterward and she will tell you that her father was sent to Orcrest to help treat the Flu there, but his team were annihilated by it. Shazah was there as a child to see her father die. Victims of the flu did not actually turn to zombies; the zombies you have been facing are the products of Shazah's mind born of her fear of the dead bodies.

When you are done talking, head through the next door and you will have to fight visions of Ubraz's medical team, turned to zombies by the Knahaten Flu. Help Shazah defeat them, then talk to her. She will have learned that decisive action must be taken sometimes and will try to be more like her sister in this regard. With that, return to the Temple Sanctuary; Shazah's journey here is over. There will be a portal in front of the door back to the previous room.

After speaking with Khali, follow her through the door behind her. There, you will have to fight through visions of invading Colovians. Fight your way through to the door on the other side, and head through. There, you will witness Khali's encounter with her guide: her mother Namu. Namu will tell Khali to learn from her sister, and to pray at the lunar shrines here in this room; guide her to the shrines and pray at them. You will see visions of Namu holding off the Colovians, and getting killed by them. Talk to Khali afterward and she will tell you that her mother led a force to retake Orcrest and Riverhold from the Colovians, but was killed in the fighting.

Head through to the next room. There, you will be facing General Quintilius, the Colovian general that killed Namu. Help Khali kill him, then speak with her. She will tell you that despite slayin her mother's killer, she does not actually feel anything. She has learned from this ordeal that it does not just matter who you fight, but also why you fight. With that, a portal will open to take you back to the main room. Khali's journey here is over.

Once you have guided both of the champions through their respective journeys, talk to Kauzanabi-jo. She will tell you that it is time for the next part of the ceremony. Stand back and watch the ritual; you will see Shazah and Khali be cleansed by the light of Jone and Jode. Speak with Kauzanabi-jo again hereafter to finish the quest and start the next one, "The Path to Moonmont."
