Turuk Redclaws is a Khajiit member of the Undaunted. He is first encountered at the Salted Wings Tavern in Vulkhel Guard and later seen again in Velyn Harbor. The Vestige can buy him a drink in Velyn Harbor as part of This One's On Me achievement.
