Vassir-Didanat Cave is an abandoned ebony mine found in the Ascadian Isles region. The entrance of the mine is due south of Balmora and east of Shulk Egg Mine on the eastern side of the Odai River.
From Balmora, head southwest along the river until reaching the rope bride crossing the Odai River just past Shulk Egg Mine. Turn to southeast and cross the rope bridge, continue heading in the same direction until reaching the mine.
Upon entering the mine there is a Glass Lantern hanging off of a trama root on the left side of the doorway, and will be useful to provide illumination deeper in the dark cave. Another trama root grows out of the wall on the right side of the door here. A mine cart track leads east-southeast down the tunnel deeper into the mine.
The twisting mine tunnels open up into several rooms with multiple ebony nodes. There are various monsters roaming the mines as well.

Exploring the mine reveals several caverns with active ebony nodes which can be "mined" (looted). As the mine is fairly dark, a good light source will be needed. There are several torches available throughout the mine for use. Several of the nodes are in the roof, at least two ebony nodes are high on the roof of a cave and only reachable via levitation.

- Raw Ebony Nodes: 20 located throughout the cave. Each node can provide several pieces of raw ebony
