Telvanni Underworks is a location in The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind.
Description[]
The Underworks are an uninhabited area found under the Telvanni Canton, in Vivec City. It serves as sewers for the canton. There are some crates containing random loot and a little boat. It can be accessed, either, from outside, through a gate underwater in the Vivec canal surrounding the canton, or from the level above.
