Weapons Apprentice is a Nord forgemaster found in the Sundercliff Mines during the Unearthing Mehrunes' Razor quest.
He is standing by his forge with two laborers, one being a Khajiit, the other being an Argonian. They are both slaves working the iron mines in the cave. He uses heavy armor and a leveled weapon.
