Acquisition

This spell can be bought from Talvas Fathryon in Tel Mithryn after completion of Wind and Sand.

However, this spell, along with any others sold by Talvas, cannot be acquired if Talvas is made steward at the Dragonborn's homestead (can only be made steward of one of the three homesteads available to be built with the Hearthfire DLC).
