Fine Boots are a clothing item. They provide no protection as armor, but their relatively high weight/value ratio makes them worth collecting to sell. They can be enchanted.

- Several sets are in the Thalmor Embassy, free to take during the quest Diplomatic Immunity.
- One pair can be found in Elgrim's Elixirs, in Riften
- Possible to purchase from the Radiant Raiment shop in Solitude.
- Many in the College of Winterhold.
