"Fishy Stick" is a term on Bethesda's official forum. It was first used as an award of honor to a member. It later became an initiation for new members to be given a fishy stick. Members of the Month at the Elder Scrolls Wiki receive a Fishy stick.

During the quest "The Mind of Madness" in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Sheogorath says "Do you mind? I'm doing the Fish Stick. It's a very delicate state of mind." to the Dragonborn. M'aiq the Liar may also comment on how he wishes he had a "stick made of fishies" to give the Dragonborn.
