The Flame Ring is an enchanted gold ring with a powerful Resist Fire effect. It is very helpful for dealing with flame-reliant enemies like the Flame Atronach.

Flame Ring will start to appear from level 20 in random locations:
- The ring is most often found (along with its opposite, the Frost Ring) after or during the quest "Where Spirits Have Lease," after purchasing Benirus Manor, inside of the open coffin/chest object at the end of the room where Lorgren Benirus is found.
- It can also be found in Cheydinhal in Willow Bank upstairs in a jewelry box.
- Can also be found in deepest part of the capital's lake in Lake Arrius Caverns.
