It is a small camp inhabited by a lone Baliwog or Scalon depending on level, located west of New Sheoth and East of the Hills of Suicide.

Most of the encampment is flooded by water except for two bedrolls and a chest. There are also two sacks and a crate nearby. The Hero can safely use the chest and the two sacks to store their items as they do not respawn.
