I contracted Vampirism and let it progress to stage 4, not knowing it would make it impossible to go into a town. I've read traditional ways to cure it, but these all focus on early onset measures. Any Ideas?

Looking over our Vampirism (Skyrim) article, it appears you must drink blood at least once before Falion offers the cure to vampirism. I believe drinking blood lowers your level of infection. --— Deyvid Petteys ^{(bother \ stalk)} 12:42, January 4, 2012 (UTC)
