So I was wandering around the land of Skyrim, when I had a random encounter with an extremely tough Khajiit/ I was at a really low level at the time so I couldn't kill him. He kept one-hit killing me with ice spikes the second he saw me. He wasn't an assassin or anything because he was jut standing there and attacked me if I got close, and he just seemed to be in a random part of the land not attached to any sort of camp or mission. I encountered this guy like on the second day I got the game, so I have no idea where on the map this happened. Has anyone else encountered him?

Hey...no, it was definitely a Khajiit and only shot ice spikes, not any other type of Frost Magic.
