Just go exploring. Go into caves and such (specifically Necromancer hideouts). You should find some on a high level. Unless you're using a mod, there isn't any other way to cure it. --Michaeldsuarez ^{(Talk) (Deeds)} 15:43, 19 March 2009 (UTC)

If you have the Vile Lair plug-in you can cure your Vampirism with the purge blood salts. Arandil 08:31, 30 June 2009 (UTC)
