I think it should be removed, because having it on top of every Skyrim ingredient article is ugly and over-generic. And besides, it looks messed up when someone creates a page with a suffix in the title (see Fly Amanita (Skyrim) if you don't know what I mean). I'm not quibbling about these things, much as it seems so. I'm just saying the pages' style would look a lot nicer without the silly template.
Also, it's better to just add a category to the page where one can find all the ingredients of Skyrim listed in the same place instead of having "Main article: Ingredients (Skyrim)" in the header of every ingredient page, it just looks unappealing, if at all practical.
