Sweet Jesus what an annoying character. *PLEASE OTHERS CONFIRM* I have found in my game (Xbox 360 - latest patch) that if you kill Cicero it is possible to raise him up with Dead Thrall. After reviving him with Dead Thrall you can then fast travel to a new location and he will have a new set of apparel (only seems to work if you fast travel a decent distance). You can then kill him again, take his clothes, and re-cast Dead Thrall again... and it still works. He seems to be infinitely revivable and always gets new Cicero apparel after fast traveling. He is very weak and not very useful for combat but his clothes fetch a good price and you can easily and quickly get many pairs of his FULL set. If anyone else can confirm this please do.
