So i am going down the list of unique items collecting them as i go when i reach the Queens Freydis's sword, it says that the misc quest that allows you to obtain this sword is from the blacksmith in windhelm (can't remember his name) but when i go to talk to him, to start the quest, there is no dialouge option to start it. Is there a soloution to this (is there a quest to do before hand) because i really can't be bothered to start again just to get this sword. :)
