guys those weapons are nice but they eventually run out of charge i would say DAWNFANG is the best weapon
I'm not too sure what it was called but it was this axe that a recieved from a Dark Brotherhood quest where I had to kill this guy up in the mountains. It disindigrates weapons and is awesome - Miniradman

I primarily use bows. My favorite is Bow of Scorching and/or Bow of Flames. If I get to close quarters, I use Umbra. That's pretty rara though, since I've usually destroyed my target way before I get that close to them. Archers rule!!

The sword named 'Umbra' is one of the most effective weapons in the game, as it is weightless, allowing the player to carry it without penalty and swing it quickly without losing much fatigue, and it deals out a high level of damage if the player has a high blade skill. It, however, can be lost since it is a quest item, when a player turns the quest in to the questgiver.

Weapons that degrade items are pretty useless if you ask me, since you generally kill the opponent well before you destroy their weapons/armour, and then if you want to sell those weapons and armour you have to repair them so they are actually worth something. The best weapon as far as I'm concerned is a bow with a 1sec paralyze and a 10sec soul trap, and then fire enchanted arrows/poisoned arrows from it. People don't reach you at all.
