The Fourth Sinus of Takubar (sometimes shortened to Takubar), also known as DOP 9497.15, is an extremely cold pocket realm of Oblivion. It is the location in Coldharbour from which Cold-Flame Atronachs originate. In Takubar, molten rock flows like water, the bedrock is subjected to a cosmic degree of cold, causing its material bonds to slide apart and the stone to flow like cold lava.[1] Frost Mares are theorized to come from this realm.[2]
