Gerard Althen is a Breton spymaster who worked for King Ranser during his war against the Daggerfall Covenant.
Background
When Ranser heard that the Covenant would give Orsinium back to the Orcs if they helped them in their war against him, he tasked his spymaster to interrogate every last one of them in Rivenspire. Those he deemed suspicious were immediately executed.
For his war crimes, he is currently pursued by the Ring of Daggers, the intelligence force of the Covenant.
