For other uses, see Glass Armor.

Glass Armor is a set of light armor that can be crafted, purchased, or found in random loot. It is the second best type of light armor, surpassed only by Dragon Armor.

Smithing

Main article: Smithing

Glass armor can be crafted at a Forge with the Glass Smithing perk which is available with a Smithing level of at least 70. The armor requires Refined Moonstone and Refined Malachite to forge. Moonstone ore can be mined early, as can the Malachite Ore.

Upgrading

Glass armor can be upgraded at a workbench and requires Refined Malachite. This will increase the armor value of the item. The amount increased is dependent upon your smithing skill.
