Goblin Footsoldier is a low-ranked goblin of Mournhold found from level 20th in The Elder Scrolls III: Tribunal.

The Goblin Footsoldier yield Goblin Swords and Goblin Bucklers that can be looted. They also carry a few potions, typically healing themselves during battle. Goblin Footsoldiers seem to be wearing a form of ragged fabric clothing, but it is non-lootable.
