The Gold and Emerald Circlet is one of the ten circlets that can be found in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Circlets count as helmets when worn; they offer 0 damage resistance, but can be enchanted.
Like with all circlets, it can be worn with a Falmer helmet, but not the Falmer hardened helm.

- In a display case at the Thalmor Embassy, along with two Elven daggers, and a gold and ruby circlet (can only be taken during the quest "Diplomatic Immunity," if the Dragonborn has lockpicks).
