Grayne is an Imperial sailor that appeared in An Elder Scrolls Novel: The Infernal City. Grayne first appears in the Prologue to the story as a member of the Wind Oracle ship. Grayne originates from Leyawiin, and she was there when the Oblivion Gates opened up outside of the city. She is described with silver and black bangs, having very weak eyesight. She has eyes that are useless. Before Umbriel appeared before her and the Wind Oracle, she felt the sea tremors and assumed it was a tsunami. Iffech diminished the theory by giving examples from his past. After Keem had died after the mainmast had collapsed, she and Iffech say the floating island approach them, and before they knew it, a foul breeze of wind enveloped them and killed them.[1]
