Acquisition

This staff is located at the bottom of the ice-covered Lake Fjalding in Solstheim. It can be obtained by diving through an opening in the ice located in the west-central area of the lake (cell -21,23). Unless the Nerevarine is Argonian, a Water Breathing item or spell may be required to acquire the staff without perishing.

Trivia

• The only person named Haakon in Morrowind is a barbarian who can be found in the Asha-Ahhe Egg Mine, but he appears to have no relation to this staff.
