Habd's Remains is a quest item found in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. They can be found on the body of a chaurus reaper after the Dragonborn killed it in the Frostflow Abyss.

As his wife's journal indicates, Habd had asked for his bones to be burned in the lighthouse flame after he died, so that he could feel he was still helping guide the ships. Thus, activating the lighthouse brazier while carrying the remains will grant the Dragonborn the permanent effect Sailor's Repose, which boosts healing spells by 10%.
