Hadring the Swift is a Nord found in Windhelm. He is one of the runners taking part in the Footrace of the Nine Holds, one of the many events in the Konunleikar.

Hadring the Swift is one of the ten runners participating in the Footrace of the Nine Holds, representing their home hold. During the running, the Vestige will encounter Hadring, who is on the floor, bleeding out. They have the option to interact with him or not. If they decide the former, he will tell them where the attacker has fled to. This will skip the extra part of the quest where the Vestige has to ask witnesses where the attacker went.
