Hall of Records is a place in the Imperial Palace where all the records and even Elder Scrolls were kept. Records of such place date back to 3E 80.
The Hall is mentioned in The Wolf Queen, Book I, and it had a massive ebony door, but occasionally 12-year-old Potema was known to have sneaked in it by picking the door.[1]
