Hand of Uthol is a unique offensive spell in The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind that absorbs an opponent's Agility while simultaneously reducing their available Fatigue. It is used exclusively used by Dagoth Uthol.
Effects
All effects are on touch:
- Absorb Attribute: Agility – 2 to 4 points for 120 seconds.
- Damage Fatigue – 20 to 30 points for 3 seconds.
Acquisition
This spell is not available for purchase in Morrowind or expansion packs. Although not intended for use by the Nerevarine, it can be acquired on the PC by using the console:
Player -> AddSpell "hand of uthol"
