Hastrel Ottus is a Breton commoner living in his house the Temple District of the Imperial City. He lives with his wife Alessia and his daughter Ida. He can randomly take trips to Leyawiin.
He prefers to worship Akatosh, but his daughter Ida, prefers to worship Mara. He carries his house key at all times, and a good amount of gold. He can be seen at The All-Saints Inn at 2 P.M.
