Havilstein Hoar-Blood is a Nord and the target in the Dark Brotherhood quest The Coldest Sleep.
He has a pet wolf named Redmaw, is very skilled in the use of an enchanted axe, and dons Fur Armor. He has set up his camp on Gnoll Mountain, in the Jerall Mountain, southeast of Bruma, and he and his wolf will attack on sight. After progressing in the Dark Brotherhood questline, the Hero will find out that Havilstein is a Silencer in the Dark Brotherhood.
