Health
Talk2this wiki
Health
is the total amount of damage that a character can take before dying. Referred to as Hit Points (HP) in most games, it is vitally important for the player to keep track of his or her health score. If the current Health total reaches zero, the character will die. The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind suggests that health also affects the ability to resist disease.
In most Elder Scrolls games, a character's total base Health is equal to twice his or her Endurance attribute.
In The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, because all Attributes have been removed, the player must choose between increasing health, magicka or stamina themselves every time they level up.

Raising Health
Edit
The base Health stat value is 100 points for all races/characters. If every single level up is upgraded towards Health, the final value will be 900 points. The primary way to permanently raise Health is to level up and to raise the character's Endurance score when leveling up. The Health maximum increases at a rate of one-tenth the Endurance score per level up.so your health increases as you level up.
The bonus health gain from leveling up is not retroactive. Therefore, it is most advantageous to build up your Endurance early on. However, future changes in Endurance will still change your base Health.
In Skyrim
Whenever the player levels up and accesses the skill menu, they will be prompted to increase either magicka, health or stamina by 10 points.
Resting
Edit
By resting, your health will return to normal, but doing so may cause you to be attacked by the Dark Brotherhood or have strange dreams or get attacked by creatures.
In The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, health will regenerate slowly over time.
