While in search of a cure for lycanthropy, Ettiene of Glenmoril Wyrd instructs the Nerevarine to retrieve the Heart of an Innocent from a sacrificial female Nord to be ceremoniously used at the Altar of Thrond. During the ritual the heart is transformed into the Heart of the Wolf.
