Master Trainer
Pranal is located at the Roxey Inn, just north of the Imperial City along the Red Road.
Walkthrough
After receiving the quest, head over to the Roxey Inn. When talking to Pranal he says he doesn't train anymore, as he is retired. But if the Hero is willing to help him with a task he will train them.
If agreed, Pranal gives them 50 
in order to pay for four Silver Glasses and pitcher to give to Malene. Once these items are obtained, head back to the Roxey Inn and talk to Pranal.
He will tell them to talk to Malene and then they must talk to Pranal once more to complete the quest.

Trivia
- There is a very easy way to do this. After obtaining the quest, head to Chorrol. If not done already, join the Mages Guild by speaking to the appropriate character there. Once they have joined the Mages Guild, they will be able to take the silver pitcher and the four silver glasses from the Chorrol Mage Guild Hall without any consequence of the item being marked stolen or possibly getting a bounty.
