Heldorn Mount is a town in the province of Hammerfell. It is one of several possible locations that the Eternal Champion may be transported to via the shift gate from the Imperial Dungeons if the Champion is a Redguard. Heldorn Mount is also the name of the mountain Hel Ra Citadel is built into.[1]

All taverns and temples are functionally identical. The blacksmiths vary only in inventory.
Outside the city[]
Just north of Heldorn Mount are two, three story unnamed dungeons that appear to be watchtowers connected by a bridge. Both have identical interior maps and contain random enemies and loot. Further to the northeast is a single building also stocked with random opponents and loot.
